Sapience AI provides EU-sovereign GPU cloud infrastructure services, including but not limited to:

• GPU server rentals and reservations
• Cloud computing infrastructure
• AI and machine learning compute resources
• Data center services

3. Account Registration

• Account Creation: You must create an account to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.
• Account Security: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment Terms

• Pricing: All prices are listed in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated.
• Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
• Billing: You will be billed based on actual GPU usage according to the pricing plan selected.
• Refunds: Refund policies vary by service type. Reservation fees may be non-refundable as specified at the time of purchase.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services for:

• Illegal activities or violation of any applicable laws
• Distribution of malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Unauthorized access to systems or networks
• Mining cryptocurrency without explicit written permission
• Activities that may harm our infrastructure or other users
• Spamming, phishing, or fraudulent activities

6. Service Availability

• Uptime: We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
• Maintenance: Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
• Hardware Changes: We reserve the right to make reasonable modifications to hardware specifications due to availability or technical improvements.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process your data in accordance with GDPR and applicable data protection laws. All data is stored within the European Union.

8. Intellectual Property

• Our IP: All content, trademarks, and data on our platform remain the property of Sapience AI.
• Your Content: You retain ownership of any content, data, or applications you deploy on our services.
• License: You grant us a limited license to host and process your content as necessary to provide our services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sapience AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services.

10. Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Termination

• By You: You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
• By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, you will be billed for any outstanding usage, and your data may be deleted after a grace period.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the European Union and the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Prague, Czech Republic.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
