Sovereign GPU cloud for public sector and researchSovereign compute for public programmes.

Public bodies, research institutions and defence research teams reserve NVIDIA Blackwell clusters located in the EU and operated by a European company under EU law, for pilots and multi-year programmes.

Public sector, research and defence

Sovereign procurement requirements

Public procurement increasingly specifies where compute runs and who controls it: an EU location, a European operator and no dependency on non-EU hyperscalers. Sapience is built to that specification.

  • EU data residency. Customer data is processed and stored on Sapience systems in Bratislava, Slovakia. Sapience does not replicate customer data outside the EU; backup and replication arrangements are defined in the contract.
  • Single-tenant isolation. Dedicated compute, storage and network with hardware-level segmentation; private clusters on request.
  • Encryption. TLS 1.3 for all data in transit, AES-256 for all data at rest, encrypted NVMe on every node.
  • European jurisdiction. Operated by European entities under European law, with no dependency on US hyperscalers for compute, storage or networking.

Research institutions

Infrastructure is reserved for pilots on short terms and for programmes on multi-year terms, with clusters sized for research workloads, from 8 servers (64 GPUs) to 32 servers (256 GPUs). RTX PRO 6000 terms start at three months; HGX B300 is reserved on multi-year terms for large training runs.

Defence and security research

Isolated environments with controlled access and auditable data location: private clusters with contractual data residency and dedicated tenancy. Scope, access arrangements and controls are agreed per contract.

Yes. The infrastructure is owned and operated by Sapience AI s.r.o., Bratislava, under European law, with no dependency on US hyperscalers for compute, storage or networking.

Can we start with a pilot?

Yes. RTX PRO 6000 clusters can be reserved from three months; programmes move to longer terms or to HGX B300.

Can access be restricted to named personnel?

Private clusters with dedicated tenancy are available, and access arrangements and controls are agreed per contract.
